(Figures as of Nov 2016) From April 1st 2018 a new company, Oxford Direct Services Ltd, will commence trading, this Company is wholly owned by the Council and has been set up as Local Authority Trading Company ('LATCo') This new Company has grown out of Oxford City Council's Direct Services success and is intended to enable Oxford Direct Services Ltd to generate further revenue for the Council.
