The service will run for four years, starting on 1/10/2025, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. The core contract includes a minimum of 8 units in a refuge and 2 dispersed properties. The refuge is a single-sex space for women and their children, while the dispersed properties have no exclusion criteria. The services will offer specialist domestic abuse support, helping victims and their dependents stay safe, live independently, build confidence, and participate in group work and social activities to combat loneliness and isolation. Individuals will also receive support to manage their tenancy and engage in the local community. The service will assist victims and survivors in assessing move-on options and navigating positive, managed moves to long-term, settled homes with safety plans. The service is short-term, averaging three to six months. The core contract is a block contract valued at PS250,000 per annum.
