These Contracts are open to access for Local Authorities who have shown interest, each authority has up to the following to spend on the Contracts: HMS - PS250,000 P/A Per Borough MCEW- PS500,000 P/A Per Borough The authorities listed below have shown an interest: London Boroughs Of: Barnet, Hounslow, Harrow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Richmond, Wandsworth, Enfield, Haringey, Brent and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, The estimated minimum value of HMS for 9 years (Ealing only) is PS22,500,000 The estimated maximum potential value of HMS for 9 years (including other Authorities) is PS45,000,000 The estimated minimum value of MCEW for 9 years (Ealing only) is PS36,000,000 The estimated maximum potential value of MCEW for 9 years (including other Authorities) is PS81,000,000
