County Durham Housing Group holds responsibility for Domestic Dwellings, Sheltered Housing Units, Flat Blocks and Community Hubs as outlined in the Early Engagement Document. The responsibilities vary in relation to the office accommodation due to varying requirements held within the lease of the same properties.
