## Notice

We are in contract with a third party supplier, manufacturing in the P.R.C. for 71 high capacity wagons for carrying spoil, ballast, track panels and other bulk materials for which this requirement would form part of our assurance process. Requirements identified include but are not limited to: audits of supplier and sub-contractors; review of procurement activity for key and high risk components and materials undertaken within the supply chain; inspection of manufacturing process; auditing documentation and conformance to standards; supervising delivery. These requirements may be altered in response to project and/or financial constraints. This advertisement is issued solely for the purposes of the market engagement. Any possible future procurement of any services, supplies or works by TfL would be carried out strictly in accordance with any relevant obligations under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.
