This will be a fully managed service by the supplier. The DIR solution will operate from the following fixed locations: The DIR solution will operate from the following fixed locations: 166 Rooms in total 52 Custody Rooms 10 Monitoring Rooms 25 Victim and Witness 25 Victim and Witness Monitoring Rooms 6 Training 2 Test Machines 4 Fixed 6 CTU Custody Rooms 35 Audio Only out of Custody There is a current solution in place and this contract would be to replace this aging system predominately on a like for like basis. The force are willing to consider options around the storage of data as currently this is on-premises so cloud hosted as long as it meets national data standards can be included. The current system has approx. 20TB of data that would need to be migrated.
