## Notice

Market engagement will commence early 2018 through the publishing of a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on OJEU and an Early Engagement Notice via Contracts Finder to invite expressions of interest to deliver future MSK and to assist the Contracting Authority to specify its future requirements. Following this market engagement, the Contracting Authority will finalise its commissioning intentions for a substantive and longer term contract for the provision of MSK services which are intended to commence 2019, ensuring appropriate transparency and opportunity for interested providers at that time.
