This contract focuses on the maintenance of Building Connectivity Outstations (BCO) and Building Network Outstations (BNO) across various properties in London and the South East. The Building Connectivity Project (BCP) infrastructure improves L&Q's approach to managing our communal building services such as: HVAC Plant, Safety Systems, Fire Alarms and Hot & Cold-Water Pumps. The infrastructure provides L&Q with live information on faults, allowing callouts to be arranged with repairs contractors. Additional information: This SQ & Tender will be issued via L & Q's In-Tend portal and you will need to register on the system to take part. This is a Restricted Process with SQ submissions short-listed to 6 suppliers who will be taken through to ITT stage. One contract will be awarded for the entire contract.
