The work is anticipated to take place remotely given the current COVID circumstances, The method in which the consultancy is anticipated to take place is through; o Screen sharing - both from the consultant and DVLA staff o Any changes to the DVLA Elastic infrastructure configuration will be undertaken by DVLA staff o Instruction for changes will be discussed via video-conferencing (in conjunction with screen sharing) o Any required Whiteboard sessions to be provided by the consultancy over video-conference Taking this into consideration appropriate discounts to be applied to the onsite rate
