The works comprise the following types of works: Repairs to pre-cast concrete stairs. Design, supply and installation of steel stairs and concrete foundations. Repairs to reinforced concrete access decks/landings and soffits including localised concrete repairs, corrosion inhibitors, protective coatings and waterproof deck membranes. Replacement of railings/balustrading to access decks/landings and staircases with new galvanised steel railings and 'warm feel' handrails.
