The aim of service is to meet the orientation, mobility and appropriate independence needs of children and young people (Service Users) with a visual impairment. Any bids that are calculated to be over this value per year will be disqualified. There is potentially an additional PS18,000 available over the total contract period subject to further funding being agreed but this is not guaranteed.
