Works include remodelling and refurbishing rooms, some structural work, Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Access Controls, Fire doors, Ventilation, Water upgrade, Sanitation, Fire Doors, External boundary treatments, soft surfaces and hard landscaping, parking and all associated works.
