The ethnography will illustrate: o The prolonged impacts of Covid-19 for example the impact of social distancing, direct and indirect experiences of illness, treatment, death, grief and bereavement; service delivery (if in key worker or other front-line role); mental health and wellbeing o How their Covid-19 journey has impacted on other aspects of their lives, and along their journey what experiences and support needs they have had o Where the system failed the individual and how this could have been prevented o What services were available to them at the time vs. what services they needed o How they currently view life in Birmingham o What support needs they perceive for themselves as individuals, their communities and the City as a whole from their perspective The Contract will run for a period of up to 6 months.
