Works include but are not be limited to internal alterations and removal, installation of new metal stud, and glazed partitioning, new doorsets, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services, including but not limited to; small power, access control, fire alarm, cooling and ventilation.
