Specifically, the scope of services will comprise of Demolition works of the existing office buildings and industrial warehousing Construction Works in connection with the construction of new residential units; Design services in connection with the Contractor's role as Principal Contractor under JCT Design and Build Contract Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015. The duration of the contract construction period is intended to be for an initial period of 2.5 years in line with the programme included in the Employers Requirements.
