The framework Agreement is open to all members of STAR - Rochdale Council, Tameside Council, Stockport Council, St. Helens Council & Knowsley Council. Tenders are invited by STAR procurement, on behalf of Trafford Council (the "Council"), from Organisations with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for providing major adaptations (the Works)
