The operating hours for the service will be: (147 hours a week) Week days: (total 112.5 hours per week) 1pm - 9pm (8 hours) 4:30pm - 11pm (6.5 hours) 11pm - 7am (8 hours) Weekends: (total 34.5 hours per week) 1:45 - 11pm (9.25 hours) 11pm - 7am (8 hours) All journeys shall be booked through an online booking webpage, which ELHT have access to and a reference number will be given. ELHT will be able to amend or cancel journeys online or by ringing the control desk More information will be available within the tender documentation.
