Aston University invites you to submit a tender for the delivery of a replacement Leisure Management System for our Sport & Recreation Department Sport Aston operate the Sir Doug Ellis WSC and the Outdoor Recreation Centre at Great Barr, after reviewing current systems, Sport Aston wish to purchase a market leading Leisure Management System that is both easy to use for the end customer and Sport Aston staff. Sport Aston has also conducted research into our customer base and have identified a need for stronger online functionality for customers. Sport Aston have also identified the need for the system to be useable across the campus wherever our staff may interact with customers. All Sport Aston facilities are open to the public as well as to students and staff at the University. We operate 3 price structures (Community, Affiliated and Student/Staff) across all ticket and membership sales. Sport Aston operate two sites, 1: The Sir Doug Ellis Woodcock Sports Centre which includes a gym, pool, sauna and steam, studios, squash courts and 2 sports halls as well as two 3G football pitches on the main Aston University Campus. 2: the Recreation Centre which is 7 miles away from campus and has 6 grass pitch, a hockey pitch, a cricket pitch and a pavilion with a bar and function room.
