## Notice

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are tendering for the Provision of the Post-Operative Cataract Service on behalf of the West Cheshire CCG. Management of the patient will be maintained, where possible, within this new primary care service in order to reduce the demand for urgent hospital appointments, releasing capacity for eye conditions requiring a full ophthalmology hospital service. This is a further competition under the DPS Framework for The Provision of Off-site Surgical and Medical Capacity Solutions - DPS01/OSMCS/18/IB.
