The current contract with the existing provider, is at term on 30th September 2022, and an extension is not being considered. The incumbent provider will however continue to provide service until the expression of interest process has concluded and patients have been transferred. The ICB is therefore looking for providers to take on the registered list. Contract Period - The agreement period for any future services as a result of this EoI will be aligned with the successful provider/s current primary care contract. Funding will be based on your current medical services contract rates. A one-off dispersal fee would be available at PS4.50 per patient where list transfer is 1% or over the practice's current list.
