## Notice

The Council wishes to implement a Management and Leadership Programme. The first part of the programme will be delivered in a modular approach over a period of eighteen months to the Councils Senior Management Team. In addition there will be a requirement for a modular of optional content the Service Delivery Managers can choose from to support their own personal learning and development which will also be made available to a cohort of aspiring managers and leaders. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
