The Home Improvement Team within Housing and Communities are looking for a small group of heating contractors to assist them with the delivery of grant funded heating installations and emergency repairs within the private sector. Work typically, will involve some emergency heating repairs and boiler changes together with a small number of complete new installations. Contractors will therefore be required to have some local presence within the Dudley area with the ability to react to emergency breakdowns in a timely manner to ensure that poor and/or vulnerable people can stay warm in their homes.
