## Notice

Call-off contract covers: One-off hardware upgrade covers hardware, software and Dell support costs & MTI's takeover of support (level 1 & level 2 for the hardware for 60mths) In years 1-5: Managed Service over 55mths, as co-terming some of the existing products under the current MSA which expires on 30/09/2025
