## Notice

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process a suitably qualified and experienced provider of energy centre improvement works and district heating networks to improve operational issues experienced at the MMU, Birley Fields Energy Centre and heat network. Works include but are not limited to; - Upgrading and replace heating pipework, pumps, valves and controls - Installation of new heat metering within the Energy Centre - Combined Heat and Power (CHP) recommissioning - Building Management System controls modifications and recommissioning The contract will be let for an initial period of 12 months with the works completed by Summer 2021. The purpose of this tender process is to enable the University to select the provider of these services that demonstrates the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT).
