The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues, dependent on the number and quality of bids received. * The Framework will be used for repairs, maintenance, construction and suchlike for both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council * The tender forecast is indicative only & STH & STC give no guarantee that all or any of this work will be offered Throughout the framework period the service provider shall make all reasonable endeavours to reduce any negative impact on the environment caused by the service.
