The framework will be divided into Lots and the categories of works required will include: - Multi-Works - Roofs - Drains and drainage systems - General Build - Heating and boiler systems - Groundworks - Electrical and lighting equipment - Windows - CCTV and Monitoring Systems - Intercom and Security equipment - Landscaping and Horticultural The implementation of the DPS Framework will enable the Council to undertake further competition exercises amongst the pre-qualified contractors per the desired Lot. Further competitions will be undertaken in 2 formats: 1. Planned Maintenance - packages of works will be tendered and evaluated on quality and price award criteria. 2. Responsive Repairs - quick response exercise based on price only tenders.
