Equipment must allow practical assessments of students to be undertaken. Each workstation must demonstrate - Design, function and most important characteristics of a hydraulic power unit, Setting the direction and speed of rotation of a hydraulic motor, Design, mode of operation and areas of application of 2/2, 3/2, 4/2 and 4/3-way solenoid valves, as well as 4/2-way double solenoid valves. The equipment must allow the required measurements to be recorded to permit - Recording and interpreting the characteristic curve of a hydraulic pump, Identifying and calculating times, pressures and forces during advancing and retracting of a cylinder.
