## Notice

The Solution must integrate with the existing Library Management System allowing a consistent user experience across all devices and to provide ease of technical support and gathering of service metrics. The initial Contract period is 3 years, with options to extend on an annual basis to take the Contract term up to a maximum total of 5 years. The estimated Contract value is expected to be PS550,000 over the life of the Contract including all available extensions and options.
