The Project Design & Delivery Team which also forms part of the Property and Infrastructure, Inclusive Economy Department, has been instructed to review and tender the proposed works to appoint a Main Contractor to carry out construction works to extend the buildings lifespan, so that it can continue to be used for its current purpose.
