The surveys will provide robust statistical evidence on: * Levels of engagement with the apprenticeships programme and the impact of recent reforms on apprentice employers * The characteristics of current and recently completed apprentices, their experiences and the impact of apprenticeships on learners * Individuals who have withdrawn from their apprenticeship (for the first time); and * The impact of COVID-19 disruption on apprentices. We are seeking a contractor to design and deliver the two 2021 surveys (employer and learner). Consortium bids that combine experience and expertise in different elements and requirements of the work are welcomed.
