The Council operates a ten -month gas servicing cycle. There are currently 4662 properties in Tipton and 3502 Properties in Wednesbury with a live gas supply. For the purpose of this ITT the Council has divided its properties into geographical areas. Whilst there are 6 towns that make up the borough of Sandwell, this contract relates to 2 of these towns, Tipton and Wednesbury, only.
