## Notice

The refurbishment works will primarily cover the internal walls and partitions, internal finishes and mechanical and electrical installations. Refurbishment will provide Health and Childcare T-Levels with a distinctive new identity, supporting the aim to raise the profile and encourage employer/industry engagement. This is a critical first step to reducing the College's overall floor area on the North Lindsey site from 31,000m2 to under 20,000m2.
