## Summary

The Warden Call Replacement Programme is a public procurement initiative led by Stonewater Limited, a prominent social housing provider in England. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with key milestones including an engagement end date set for 30th September 2019. The programme aims to replace existing hard-wired wardencall systems with cutting-edge wireless technology to enhance the safety and independence of residents across 32,000 homes. The tender has a focus on alarm systems and alarm-monitoring services, promoting innovation in technology that supports effective communication in emergencies.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in smart home technologies, telecommunications, and health monitoring solutions. Companies that can offer integrated systems or innovative solutions incorporating artificial intelligence and robotics would be particularly well-suited to compete. With a focus on enhancing customer safety and independence, businesses capable of providing next-generation technology, such as environmental monitoring and assistive devices, are encouraged to participate in this evolving market landscape.
