The proposal is also designed to ensure that provision is targeted according to evidenced need and delivered in the 5 areas listed below at times that best support available leisure time of Children and Young People: Lot 1: Blackburn Central Lot 2: Darwen Lot 3: Blackburn West Lot 4: Blackburn East Lot 5: Blackburn North A maximum of three lots will be awarded per supplier. It is an expectation that this commission will be match funded to the level of 100% by the successful partner in respect of all five lots. Please submit your application in Word format only. On business case added "The proposed contract period is to be a 2 year term with an option to extend up to a further 1 year".
