In order to develop an appropriate support programme, we have commissioned a piece of research to identify both the key stakeholders, and the training needs of individuals in this area. This research is designed to inform the design of a support programme for those who teach and train the early years and childcare workforce. There will also be a fuller training needs analysis undertaken by the Foundation, which is expected to be available by July 2017.
