Additionally, businesses registered with Ofsted and able to attract external funding would stand to benefit and enhance service provision substantially. ## Notice The contracted Provider will support vulnerable Children and Young People aged 16-21 years of age who are either a looked after child, or a care leaver of the London Borough of Hounslow (including Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children) unless agreed by the Lead Commissioner.
