Our consultation thus far has led to recommendations about potentially breaking up current large contracts into smaller specialist lots and altering considerably the current modes of delivery. This session will provide an opportunity for the Council to present the proposed service model and gather feedback from the market. Providers will have an opportunity to propose solutions for innovative service delivery and ask questions about the tender process.
