The expected annual value for each prison is: HMP Brixton - PS808,000; HMP Pentonville - PS1,328,252; HMP Wandsworth - PS1,662,812. All figures quoted exclude VAT. It is currently expected that the tender eill be split into 3 Lots. The contract duration is currently expected to be 3.5 years (42 months) with a service start date of 1st October 2017. This tender process is expected to begin in April 2017.
