The construction and installation of Phase 1 shall be second quarter 2023 with completion target of the end of June 23. The construction and installation of Phase 2 shall be second quarter 2024 with completion prior to the end of April 24. To apply, the Tenderer shall provide a comprehensive description of his proposals for the Works including sketch details and illustrative photos of the equipment proposed, together with a priced and signed copy of the completed tender document.
