Local authorities and developers have to find a way to decarbonise 25 million homes by 2050- a staggering 833,000 per year- at a total cost of between PS400bn and PS1000bn. The Greater South East Energy Hub and Built Environment Networking are coming together to help procure a spate of capital works in relation to retrofit over the coming year. Starting with PS69m worth of energy efficiency projects that need to be completed by the end of 2021 and looking towards ten times that amount in the coming five years. Our event will launch a series of frameworks and procurement processes for the above schemes and the team at Greater South East Energy Hub are keen to meet contractors, SME's, builders, advisors, consultants and assessors who can assist them with their carbon neutral goals.
