This contract will provide for the collection of any wastes defined under the Controlled Waste Regulations 2012 as 'healthcare waste' or as 'clinical waste', or any waste described within Chapter 18 of the European Waste Catalogue (EWC) codes (excluding animal healthcare), or any waste considered be similar enough to these definitions that they are included (e.g. 200131* cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines).
