Where a property has been identified as requiring rewiring, the following works will typically be carried out as part of the rewiring: * Remove existing wiring and fittings * Rewiring with new fittings including earth bonding, smoke alarms, carbon * monoxide alarms, etc. * Renew consumer unit.
