Successfully awarded Providers will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract. The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and successful Providers will be in capacity of a Sub-Contractor. It is envisaged that 3 Providers will be appointed to the Framework. The scope of works includes responsive repairs to windows and doors in residential properties along with all associated works. Works are to be completed in occupied properties. Further details are in additional information below. The Provider MUST have the essential industry accreditation as detailed below which is a PASS/FAIL question in the tender documents: FENSA Additional information: Options The Framework is for an initial 24 month period with the option to extend for a further 12 month period and the renewals will be undertaken at the sole discretion and in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders.
