The objective of the procurement exercise is to secure a medium term service for recovery, storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles across Warwickshire. Currently the abandoned vehicle Partnership does not pay for this service. The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.
