WMHG wishes to achieve a three-year Contract agreement with a single service provider. It will be possible in accordance with the terms of the Agreement to extend the contract beyond the initial term for a maximum of two years. WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services from a suitably experienced supplier with the capability to deliver the required services specification and who can best meet the need of the Group and its customers.
