Bidders will be expected to demonstrate their approach and creativity in response to this brief. The design will need to be in keeping with the natural surroundings of the arboretum and be accessible to a wide range of visitor groups - please refer to the Scope for more information. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
