Gentoo Group wish to appoint one Provider to undertake renewals, repairs and maintenance of Garage doors on an ad-hoc basis within the North East region. This Framework will support our Direct Labour Organisation in the Sunderland/Wearside area. Gentoo Group also maintains a limited number of properties within the North East. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a Framework contract and orders under it will be made by Gentoo Group as and when required. Gentoo Group can offer no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract, the work is likely to be on an ad-hoc basis.
