It is expected that the developer partner will be responsible for the full end to end development and build. Bidders proposals must show, as a minimum, how the following aims will be delivered: * Contribute a new and creative housing offer for the area; * Assist in the creation of a secure and settled population; * Minimise opportunities for anti-social behaviour; * Create a stronger built frontage onto surrounding roads; * Improve the quality of the street scene and contribute towards uplifting the area; * Make a gateway statement for people approaching and exiting the roundabout; * Complement and respect the boundary of neighbouring properties and ensure existing properties are not overlooked. It is expected that the Development brings a capital receipt for the Council.
