## Notice

Town & Country Housing are looking to create a framework for valuation services to be provided to us. The framework will be for a duration of 4 years and will consist of two lots, namely: Lot 1 - Development & Land Appraisals and Lot 2: Sales & Disposals. Contractors are able to bid for a place on both Lots of the framework and we are looking to appoint a maximum of 3 consultants to each Lot. In circumstances where it is exceptionally close, the Employer may decide to appoint more than 3 consultants to either Lot of the framework.
