Lot 3: A provider to receive stray dogs found within the boundary of City of Wolverhampton Council or any other person or organisation appointed by the Council for the seizure of stray dogs on any day between 17:00 - 08:30 Monday to Friday and 24 Hours Saturday - Sunday (except Bank Holidays).
